Adverts that piss me off the most through are ones that just completely lie. Such as one advert from a pop news show in Australia called the 7pm project that stated "Homeopathy, sounds good in theory, but does it really work?" They obviously havnt heard the theory for homeopathy, where for a sleeping pill, caffine is diluted untill it does not exist anymore, and then pressed into a tablet. MAKES SENSE TO ME!!!!!!! Top shelf reporting there guys, whats on the agenda next week, "Religion, resolving conflict since...."

90% OFF!!!
Up to 90% off all stock!!!!!! I see this sign everywhere and from my experences everytime I see it I understand it to mean "one crappy item in store is 90% off, some less crappy items are 30% off, and the rest is 2% off". Advertising is required when someone has a shit product. If it wasn't shit it wouldn't need advertising because people will want to buy it anyways, or the media will in effect advertise it for them. An advert can make anything this good, as the Gruen Transfer shows every week.

Free Your Mind
Everything is out to get us so tighten those tin foil hats! The usual suspects for those trying to control us are those of the government and corperations. Thats not what I am here to talk about though. I am here to talk about stupid little shit that pisses me off. Shit that you think, why .... why is this made so fucking stupid. Like for example toasters.... TOASTERS!!!
Toast is great, but once you find the setting for the toast that you want you think everything is done, however it never is! You have made one lot of toast, its perfect, time to make a second lot of toast .... slightly overdone. Time to make a third lot of toast.... "what is that smell? .... WHY IS MY TOAST BURNT, ITS ON THE SAME SETTING". Every toaster I have ever used has done this. Perfect toast everytime my ass.
